When your unit is running in HEATING mode, water will be produced from the outdoor unit and may leak from the bottom of the unit. This is perfectly normal and is a sign that the machine is running as designed. If the water is causing inconvenience, your installer can connect a drain to divert the water to the nearest floor waste. Additional charges from the installer may apply.
