Model Reference, Specifications and Electrical Drawings

Applicable to the PREMIUM / RAQ single skin range using R410A or R454B refrigerant.

Purpose
Identify a rooftop package unit by its PREMIUM or RAQ model number and locate the corresponding electrical data, refrigerant information, dimensions and model-specific technical drawings.

1. Model Identification

The AIRSTAGE single skin rooftop range is available in 12 sizes. Product documentation may identify the same size using a PREMIUM commercial model number or an RAQ model number.

Important: R410A and R454B are different refrigerants and must not be interchanged. Always identify the refrigerant, complete unit model and serial number from the unit nameplate before undertaking servicing or ordering components.

Model suffixes

  • K: R410A model identification in the supplied range documents.
  • L: R454B model identification in the supplied range documents.
  • WP: Reversible heat pump.
  • EC: EC inverter plug-fan configuration.
  • EC/WP: Reversible heat pump with EC inverter plug-fans.

Always confirm the full model configuration from the nameplate. Not all variations have identical electrical, airflow or accessory requirements.

Overall dimensions below are shown as height x width x depth in millimetres. They are sourced from the supplied PREMIUM quick reference workbook. Operating and transport weights are in kilograms.

Dimensions and weights are reference data only. Verify the approved model drawing, actual configuration and nameplate before preparing a roof structure or lifting plan. Allow for projections, access and service clearances.

3. Electrical Data

The models listed use three-phase electrical power. The electrical drawings identify a nominal 400 V / 50 Hz / 3-phase supply. The actual electrical supply requirements and protection must be verified from the nameplate and unit-specific wiring diagram.

Cable sizes, protective devices and voltage drop must be assessed by a licensed electrical professional against the actual unit nameplate, installation conditions and applicable wiring regulations.

The following figures are taken from the corresponding R410A and R454B safety documentation. Quantities are shown in kilograms.

5. Model-Specific Electrical Drawings

The supplied electrical drawings are grouped by RAQ unit size and are named for both PREMIUM and PREMIUM-R454B commercial variants. Each includes power circuits, auxiliary circuits, safety circuits, controller wiring, external control connections, component lists and electrical panel layouts.

Before wiring: Match the electrical drawing to the complete equipment model, serial number, refrigerant configuration and installed options. Site-specific or revised schematics supplied with the unit take precedence over generic reference drawings.

Additional dimensional drawings

Separate GA RTPU SS drawings have been supplied for PREMIUM15, 17, 110, 112, 115, 118, 224, 230 and 236. These drawings identify supply-air (SA) and return-air (RA) positions.

For stock configurations, the quick reference workbook identifies return air on the right and supply air on the left when facing the unit duct connections from outside. Confirm orientation against the applicable drawing.
