How to Order Spare Parts - Trade Customers
1. Access the Online Store
Trade customers can access the GENERAL AIRSTAGE Online Store using the relevant site below:

2. What You Can Do in the Store
The Online Store is designed to give trade customers direct access to the information and tools needed to manage spare parts and service activity.

| Check pricing | View the price applicable to your account. Prices displayed in the store are exclusive of GST and freight unless otherwise stated. |
| Order spare parts | Add parts to your cart, enter delivery details and submit the order online. |
3. New Customer - Create an Account
If your business has not used the Online Store before, you will need to register before you can place an order.
- Visit the applicable Online Store for Australia or New Zealand.
- On the sign-in page, select CREATE AN ACCOUNT or the registration option displayed on the page.
- Enter your company and contact information in the required fields.
- Review and accept the applicable terms and conditions.
- Select SUBMIT to send your registration request.
- Once your account has been approved, use your registered email address and password to sign in.
4. Find and Order Spare Parts
Search for a part
Use the search function at the top of the store. You can search using a known spare part number or a product model number.
- Known part number: Enter the spare part code to locate that item and related components.
- Product model: Enter the indoor or outdoor model number to display spare parts associated with that model.
- Manuals: Where available, product searches can also provide access to service manuals, operating manuals and spare parts lists.
Place your order
- Locate the required spare part.
- Check the displayed price and availability.
- Select Add to Cart.
- Repeat the process until all required parts have been added.
- Select the shopping cart icon and choose View Cart & Check Out.
- Confirm quantities, delivery details and any required order information.
- Where available, use the shipping estimate option to review freight before submitting the order.
- Select Complete Order.
Quick Order
For larger parts orders, accounts with the appropriate permissions may use the Quick Order function. Parts and quantities can be entered manually or uploaded using the CSV template available in the store, then added to the cart for normal checkout.
5. Manage Your Orders
The Online Store also provides tools to manage your purchasing activity after an order has been placed.
- Order history: View previous purchases and order details from your account dashboard.
- Order status: See whether an order is Pending, Partially Shipped, Shipped or Cancelled.
- Tracking: Once an item has shipped, use the tracking link shown against the shipped item. Items in the same order may have different tracking numbers.
- Invoices: Review order records and available invoice information from your account.
- Returns: Where enabled, start a return from your order history or order summary and provide the required reason, serial number and pickup information.
- Saved Lists: Save frequently ordered parts for faster repeat ordering.
6. Warranty Parts Orders
Accounts with warranty access can submit eligible warranty parts orders through the Online Store.
- Select the Warranty Order option from the store dashboard.
- Enter the applicable product model.
- Select the required replacement spare parts and add them to the cart.
- Complete the warranty checkout information, including the defective unit details and a clear fault description.
- Submit the warranty order for processing.
