Advantage Air Status Codes

Definitions and first-line troubleshooting for AA status codes
For Advantage Air wall-mounted touchscreens, mobile applications, sensors and control systems
Use this reference to identify the meaning of an Advantage Air status code and complete the recommended first-line checks before arranging service.
Important: If the displayed message begins with UNIT ERROR or uses a code that does not begin with AA, refer the issue to the original air-conditioning installer or service provider. The fault may relate to the air-conditioning equipment rather than the Advantage Air control system.

1. Complete a power reset first

Before investigating the displayed status code, complete the following reset procedure.
1Turn the air-conditioning system power OFF at the main switch or circuit breaker in the meter box.
2Leave the power OFF for 15 minutes.
3Restore power at the main switch or circuit breaker.
4Wait a further 5 minutes after the touchscreen restarts, then test the system again.
If the touchscreen does not restart: Contact the installer or support team and have the estimated installation date, builder or installer details, air-conditioner brand and control-system type available.
