Freshdesk safe version: Freshdesk does not support Base64 images in articles, so this version recreates the controller buttons using plain HTML/CSS icons. There are no embedded Base64 images and no external image links.

1. Controller button guide

2. Quick start
Quick start - everyday operation
Wake the screen
Press any key if the display is asleep. If the backlight was off, the first press may only wake the screen.

Press On / Off once. The green power indicator lights when the unit is running.

Move to Mode, then choose Auto, Cool, Dry, Fan or Heat.

3. Basic operation flowcharts
3.1 Turn the unit On or Off

Temperature cannot be adjusted when operating in Fan mode.

9. Troubleshooting quick guide
| Issue | Likely meaning / check |
|---|---|
| Unit does not start immediately | A 3-minute compressor protection delay may be active after stopping or power restoration. |
| Weak airflow in heating | Can be normal during warm-up, thermostat-off or automatic defrost. |
| Mist or steam appears | Can be normal during cooling/dry or heating defrost. |
| Filter icon shows | Clean the filter first, then reset the filter sign. |
| Poor cooling/heating | Check filters, blocked inlet/outlet, open doors/windows, sunlight load, heat sources and set temperature. |
| Timer not working | Confirm the timer was fully programmed. A power outage cancels On/Off timer settings. |
| Auto-off timer not working | It only works when the unit was started by this controller's On/Off button. |
| Some settings cannot be changed | Controller may be key-locked, management-restricted or set as a secondary controller. |
| Zone system slow to start | Dampers may take about 1 minute before operation begins. |
