Purpose
This article provides guidance for identifying common spare parts for Rooftop Package Units, including RAQ and URT rooftop models, using the attached Rooftop Spare Parts Master List.
The spreadsheet should be used by Customer Care, Spare Parts, Technical Support and Service teams when responding to enquiries about replacement parts for rooftop package units.

This solution applies to rooftop package units listed in the attached file, covering units supplied across 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026.

Required Information Before Identifying Parts
Before confirming or quoting parts, request the following information from the customer or technician:
- Unit serial number
- Model number
- Part required, or symptoms if the part is unknown
- Site details
- Photos of the rating plate, where available
- Photos of the failed part, especially for fans, compressors, controllers, valves and sensors
How to Use the Attached Spreadsheet
- Open the attachment: RAQ-Rooftop SpareParts MasterList_Unit Serial No. 2023-2024-2025-2026.xlsx.
- Go to the sheet named FGA ROOFTOP ONLY.
- Use Excel search or filter to locate the unit by Serial No.
- Confirm the Description / model matches the customer’s unit.
- Read across the row to identify the relevant part number.

Important Notes
- Always search by serial number first where available.
- If the serial number is not available, search by model description, but confirm with Technical Support before quoting critical components.
- Some models have part variations depending on production year or batch.
- The spreadsheet includes units marked as NEW for some 2026 entries. These should be treated as current-production or not-yet-finalised serial records.
- There is a duplicate serial number visible in the data: RAQ220900013 appears against more than one model entry. If this serial number is referenced, escalate to Technical Support or Spare Parts for verification before confirming parts.

- Record the confirmed part number in the Freshdesk ticket before responding to the customer.
