This document covers the specifications for the indoor model ARTH30KHTA and the outdoor model AOTH30KBTA. The indoor system power supply is 220–240 V, 50 Hz (available voltage range 198–264 V) and the indoor unit is supplied 220–240 V from the outdoor unit.
Indoor unit (ARTH30KHTA): Rated cooling capacity is 8.5 kW (29,000 Btu/h) with min–max 2.8–13.0 kW (9,600–35,100 Btu/h), and rated heating capacity is 10.0 kW (34,100 Btu/h) with min–max 2.7–12.0 kW (9,200–41,000 Btu/h). Rated input power is 2.35 kW (cooling) and 2.95 kW (heating), with maximum input power 3.47 kW (cooling) and 4.12 kW (heating). Rated current is 10.4 A (cooling) and 14.2 A (heating). Efficiency is EER 3.62 kW/kW and COP 3.38 kW/kW. Seasonal performance is TCSPF 4.886 (Hot), 5.266 (Average), 5.397 (Cool) and HSPF 4.600 (Hot), 4.359 (Average), 3.885 (Cool). Sensible cooling capacity is 8.43 kW. Power factor is 98.7% (cooling) and 98.2% (heating). Moisture removal is 0.1 L/h (0.2 pints/h), and maximum operating current is 22.6 A. Outdoor unit (AOTH30KBTA): The outdoor power supply is 220–240 V ~ 50 Hz (available voltage range 198–284 V) with starting current 11.2 A. Airflow is 1,042 L/s (3,750 m³/h) for both cooling and heating with propeller fan ×1 and 100 W motor output. Sound pressure is 51 dB(A) cooling and 53 dB(A) heating, with sound power 69 dB(A). The heat exchanger has Main 1: 756 × 905 × 18.19 mm and Main 2: 756 × 905 × 18.19 mm, fin pitch 1.45 / 1.45, and rows × stages 1 × 36 / 1 × 36 (copper tube, aluminium, blue fin). Compressor is DC twin rotary with motor output 1,500 W. Refrigerant is R32 with charge 1,900 g, oil type FW68D with 600 cm³. Enclosure is steel sheet, colour beige (approx. Munsell 10YR 7.5/1.0). Safety devices (AOTH30KBTA): Circuit protection current fuses are 250 V, 30 A, 250 V, 3.15 A, and 250 V, 10 A ×2. Fan motor thermal protection activates at 122 ±9°C (fan motor stop) and resets at 116 ±9°C (fan motor restart). Compressor discharge temperature protection activates at 110°C (compressor stop) and resets after 7 minutes (compressor restart). Compressor temperature protection activates at 108°C (compressor stop) and resets at 80°C or less (compressor restart). Outdoor temperature protection (COOL/DRY only) activates at -20°C (compressor stop) and resets at -15°C (compressor restart).
