This document covers the specifications for the indoor model ARTH24KHTA and the outdoor model AOTH24KBTA. The indoor system power supply is 220–240 V, 50 Hz (available voltage range 198–264 V) and the indoor unit is supplied 220–240 V from the outdoor unit.
Indoor unit (ARTH24KHTA): The unit provides a rated cooling capacity of 7.1 kW (24,200 Btu/h) with a min–max range of 1.8–8.1 kW (6,100–27,600 Btu/h), and a rated heating capacity of 8.0 kW (27,300 Btu/h) with a min–max range of 2.0–9.1 kW (6,800–31,000 Btu/h). Rated input power is 2.14 kW (cooling) and 2.05 kW (heating), with maximum input power 2.53 kW (cooling) and 2.45 kW (heating). Rated current is 9.4 A (cooling) and 9.0 A (heating). Efficiency is EER 3.32 kW/kW and COP 3.90 kW/kW. Seasonal performance is TCSPF 5.299 (Hot), 5.389 (Average), 5.931 (Cool) and HSPF 4.831 (Hot), 4.410 (Average), 3.707 (Cool). Sensible cooling capacity is 6.79 kW. Power factor is 99.0% (cooling) and 99.2% (heating). Moisture removal is 0.5 L/h (0.9 pints/h), and maximum operating current is 13.6 A. Airflow (Sirocco fan ×2, motor output 197 W, static pressure 60–210 Pa) is 500/425/300 L/s (1,800/1,530/1,260 m³/h) for High/Med/Low in both cooling and heating. Outdoor unit (AOTH24KBTA): The outdoor power supply is 220–240 V ~ 50 Hz (available voltage range 198–264 V) with starting current 9.2 A. Airflow is 597 L/s (2,150 m³/h) cooling and 678 L/s (2,440 m³/h) heating with propeller fan ×1 and 49 W motor output. Sound pressure is 48 dB(A) cooling and 50 dB(A) heating, with sound power 68 dB(A). The heat exchanger has Main 1: 672 × 881 × 18.19 mm and Main 2: 672 × 851 × 18.19 mm, fin pitch 1.3 / 1.3, and rows × stages 1 × 32 / 1 × 32 (copper tube, aluminium, blue fin). Compressor is DC twin rotary with motor output 1,060 W. Refrigerant is R32 with charge 1,250 g, oil type RmM68AF with 400 cm³. Enclosure is steel sheet, colour beige (approx. Munsell 10YR 7.5/1.0). Electrical characteristics (AOTH24KBTA): Power supply 220–240 V, 50 Hz, maximum operating current 13.6 A, starting current 9.2 A, recommended circuit breaker 20 A, power cable 2.5 mm², connection cable 1.5 mm², and limited wiring length 31 m.
Safety devices (AOTH24KBTA): Circuit protection uses current fuses 250 V, 25 A and 250 V, 5 A. Fan motor terminal protection activates at 125 ±10°C (fan motor stop) and resets at 120 ±10°C (fan motor restart). Compressor discharge temperature protection activates at 110°C (compressor stop) and resets after 7 minutes (compressor restart). Compressor temperature protection activates at 108°C (compressor stop) and resets at 80°C or less (compressor restart). Outdoor temperature protection (COOL/DRY only) activates at -20°C (compressor stop) and resets at -15°C (compressor restart).
