Which Wi-Fi App Do I Need?
Quick answer: GENERAL / Fujitsu General air conditioning systems use several different Wi-Fi control platforms. The correct app depends on the Wi-Fi hardware or controller fitted to the system. The apps are not interchangeable.
Choose the App by Hardware Type
| What the customer has | App to use |
|---|---|
| Wall-mounted tablet / touchpad controlling a ducted system | anywAiR |
| USB Wi-Fi device / Wi-Fi Adaptor II | myanywAiR Next |
| Older non-USB anywAiR Wi-Fi adaptor | myanywAiR |
| Built-in Wi-Fi / FGLair-compatible system | FGLair |
Important: If you are unsure which hardware is installed, identify the controller or Wi-Fi adaptor first. Installing a different app will not allow the system to connect.

Quick Troubleshooting
| Situation | What to check |
|---|---|
| App cannot find the air conditioner | Confirm the app matches the installed Wi-Fi hardware before troubleshooting the network. |
| Customer has a wall tablet | Use anywAiR, not myanywAiR Next. |
| Customer has a USB Wi-Fi adaptor | Use myanywAiR Next. |
| Older non-USB adaptor | Use the legacy myanywAiR app. |
| Selected built-in Wi-Fi system | Check whether the model uses FGLair. |
Key point: Identify the physical Wi-Fi adaptor or controller before selecting the app. The hardware platform determines which mobile application must be used.
