How to Reset Your myanywAiR NEXT Account Password
Use the password-reset page when you cannot sign in or have forgotten your account password
Quick answer: Open the myanywAiR NEXT password-reset page, enter the email address associated with your account and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.
Reset your password
| 1 | Open the myanywAiR NEXT password-reset page using the button below. |
| 2 | Enter the email address registered to your myanywAiR NEXT account. |
| 3 | Submit the request and check your email for the password-reset message. |
| 4 | Open the link in the email and create a new password. |
| 5 | Return to the myanywAiR NEXT app and sign in using your new password. |
Important: Use the same email address that was used to create the myanywAiR NEXT account. The reset email may take several minutes to arrive.
If the reset email does not arrive
- Check the junk, spam or promotions folders.
- Confirm the email address was entered correctly.
- Wait a few minutes before requesting another reset email.
- Search your inbox for a message relating to Sensibo or password reset.
Account password versus Wi-Fi password: This process resets the password used to sign in to your myanywAiR NEXT account. It does not change your home Wi-Fi network password or reconnect the air conditioner to a different Wi-Fi network.
