Reporting an Issue via the myanywAiR NEXT App

If you are experiencing an issue with your Fujitsu air conditioner or the myanywAiR NEXT app, you can easily report an issue directly through the app.
This will automatically create a Support Ticket and send a system log report to our engineering team, helping them quickly identify and resolve the problem.


How to Report an Issue

  • Open the myanywAiR NEXT app.

  • Tap the three horizontal bars (☰) in the top-left corner of the home screen to open the main menu.

  • Select “Report an Issue.”




  • In the text box provided, describe the issue you are experiencing in as much detail as possible.

  • Tap “Report.”




What Happens Next

  • Once submitted, your report will automatically send diagnostic logs to our technical team.

  • A Support Agent will review your case and contact you directly once the issue has been assessed.


Tip: Include any relevant details such as error messages, device behaviour, or the steps that led to the issue — this helps our engineers resolve your problem faster.
