Adjust the Time and Date

How to confirm or manually update the controller time zone
Use these instructions when the displayed time is incorrect or scheduled events are operating at the wrong time.
Follow the steps below to manually adjust or confirm the time and date settings on your anyWAIR controller.

1. Return to the Home screen

  1. Press the triangle Home button at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Confirm that the main control screen is displayed. This screen shows the temperature, operating mode and fan settings.

2. Open the system settings

  1. Swipe upward from the bottom of the screen to open the Android home page.
  2. Tap the Settings icon to open the system menu.

3. Find the time settings

  1. Use the search bar at the top of the Settings menu and enter Time.
  2. Select Time Zone from the search results.

4. Adjust the time zone and locale

  1. Tap Select Time Zone.
  2. Choose the correct region and local time zone. The factory default may be GMT+08:00 Australian Western Standard Time.
  3. To manually select the time zone, switch Use Locale Default to Off.

5. Confirm the settings

  1. Exit the Settings menu after making the required changes.
  2. Return to the controller Home screen and confirm that the correct local time and date are displayed.
Important: The controller uses its time and date settings for scheduled events and programs. An incorrect time zone may cause these functions to operate earlier or later than expected.
Tip: When the controller is connected to Wi-Fi, enabling Use network-provided time allows the time and date to synchronise automatically from the internet.
