In the event of an UTY-FGAN1 or IS-IR-WIFI-FG which both use (red) the myanywAiR app, if for some reason the app appears to be ok but has no control over the indoor unit (also no errors)
This has occurred when changing to a new iPhone & restoring from an iCloud backup.
Delete the app (all of its contents as prompted) then reinstall it, log in. The unit should now be responsive.
