To claim under warranty, please contact Fujitsu General Assist team and have the following prepared:

  • Outdoor Unit Model Number
  • Indoor Unit Model Number
  • Supplied By
  • Installed By
  • Phone Number
  • Date of Supply
  • Date of Install
  • Owner’s Name
  • Address
