MyAnywair - LED Status Reference Guide
Wi-Fi setup, infrared learning and normal operating indications
Use the LED colour and behaviour to identify the current operating state or connection issue.
The MyAnywair LED changes colour and behaviour depending on whether the device is being configured, learning the infrared remote controller, operating normally or reporting a connection problem.
1. LED status during Wi-Fi configuration
| LED colour | Behaviour | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Blue | Blinking | Performing a WPS connection. This may take up to 2 minutes. |
| Magenta | Blinking | WPS connection error. |
| White | Blinking | Identifying the IntesisHome device. |
| Green | Steady | Device has not yet been configured. |
| Green | Blinking | Checking the device configuration parameters. This may take up to 2 minutes. |
| Red | Blinking | Connecting to the access point and server. This may take up to 2 minutes. |
| Yellow | Blinking | Downloading the configuration. Allow up to 2 minutes to complete. |
| Red - Green | Alternating | Access point or router connection error. Re-enter the Wi-Fi password and try again. |
| Yellow - Green | Alternating | Server cannot be reached. Verify that the access point or router has a working internet connection. |
Connection troubleshooting: When two colours flash alternately, check the Wi-Fi password, router connection and internet service before restarting the setup process.
2. LED status during IR configuration
IR configuration is the learning process used to link the air conditioner's infrared remote controller with the MyAnywair device.
| LED colour | Behaviour | Description |
|---|---|---|
| White | Steady | Waiting for the customer to press the On/Off button on the infrared remote controller. The device waits for up to 20 seconds. |
| Green | Blinking | The infrared remote controller has been linked successfully. |
| Red | Blinking | The infrared remote controller was not linked successfully. Repeat the learning process. |
3. LED status during normal operation
| LED colour | Behaviour | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Off | No light | The device is not powered, or the air conditioning system is off. |
| Blue | Steady | Indoor unit is on and operating in Cool or Dry mode. |
| Red | Steady | Indoor unit is on and operating in Heat mode. |
| Green | Steady | Indoor unit is on and operating in Fan mode. |
| Yellow | Steady | Indoor unit is on and operating in Auto mode. |
| Cyan | Steady | Indoor unit is operating in Anti-frost mode. |
| Red | 3 blinks | A command was received or sent while the unit was in Heat mode. |
| Green | 3 blinks | A command was received or sent while the unit was in Fan mode. |
| Yellow | 3 blinks | A command was received or sent while the unit was in Auto mode. |
| Cyan | 3 blinks | A command was sent while the unit was in Anti-frost mode. |
| Red | Blinking continuously | The device is attempting to connect to the internet. |
4. Quick interpretation guide
| Solid colour | Shows the current operating mode or device state. |
| Blinking | Indicates communication, configuration or error activity. |
| Two colours alternating | Indicates a Wi-Fi network or server connection issue. |
| Three blinks | Confirms that a command has been transmitted or received. |
