AnywAiR Ducted Tablet Reset / Restore Procedure
Restoring UTY-ANY1 tablet operation after a factory reset
Use this procedure when the anywAiR control tablet displays the “Vinculum Accessory Test” message or no longer operates the anywAiR system following a reset.
A factory reset removes the applications required for the tablet to operate with the UTY-ANY1 control system. Restoring the three required applications returns the tablet to normal anywAiR operation.
1. Symptom
Message displayed:
“Vinculum Accessory Test – No installed apps work with this USB accessory.”
“Vinculum Accessory Test – No installed apps work with this USB accessory.”
This message may appear after the control tablet has been factory reset. The tablet cannot resume normal anywAiR operation until the required applications have been reinstalled.
2. Requirements

3. Restore procedure
Install the applications in the order shown below.
| 1 | Connect the tablet to Wi-Fi. Confirm that the tablet has a working internet connection. |
| 2 | Open the Google Play Store. Sign in with an existing Google account or create an account if required. |
| 3 | Install FGAssist. Open FGAssist after installation and activate it when prompted. |
| 4 | Install anywAiR. This is the main application used to operate the ducted air conditioning system. |
| 5 | Install FGWakeUp. This application supports the tablet start-up process and operation of the anywAiR interface. |
| 6 | Restart the tablet. After the tablet has restarted, open the anywAiR application. |
Do not uninstall or disable FGAssist or FGWakeUp. These applications are required for normal tablet operation with the anywAiR control system.
4. Post-restoration validation

5. Troubleshooting

| anywAiR opens but does not show the system | Restart the tablet and confirm that FGAssist and FGWakeUp are installed and enabled. |
| USB accessory message remains | Confirm FGAssist was opened and activated, then check that the tablet connection to the UTY-ANY1 control box is secure. |
| Applications cannot be found | Confirm the tablet is connected to the internet and signed into the Google Play Store. |
Important: This procedure is only required after a factory reset or complete system wipe. It should not be used as the first troubleshooting action for ordinary communication or zoning faults.
