Customers ring quite often saying that their AC will not work via the anywair app. The setup process is typically the issue and the way it needs to take place. 

It is important that the customer sets up the WIFI first before logging in and adding their AC to the app. 99% of problems will be that the WIFI has not been setup or that the customer has installed the ducted anywair technology app on their phone for a wall split system.


In these cases it is always good to send the customer the attached guide to follow. This can be followed easily and will usually resolve the issue.
