The anywair ducted wall controller can display a number of Errors.
The most common error codes we experience are FG3, FG44,FG45,FG8384. Please refer below for quick explanations:
1. The FG3 error code is the most common we experience on a day to day basis. This typically appears following a storm or power fluctuation. Recommend that the customer turns off the mains power to the AC for 5mins and ensure the wall mounted tablet goes blank on the screen.
2. The FG44/45 typically relate to a unit fault and more often than not a technician will need to investigate further. However, sometimes these can be caused by the anywair app needing an update. Recommend the customer checks the play store on the tablet and updates software as applicable.
3. The FG83/84 typically relate to new installations, whereby the wireless sensor DIP switches have not been set correctly/ don't align with the settings on the orange control box. Recommend that the installer checks the DIP switch settings.
On existing installations this error can signal that a battery replacement is due. Each wireless sensor will have a battery that will require replacement each 1-2 years.
