8. Service and identification notes
- Confirm the outdoor model from the rating label before applying these specifications.
- Record the complete serial number when checking production changes, replacement PCBs or superseded components.
- Where a service bulletin identifies a serial-number change, compare both the carton label and the unit rating label.
- PCB identification must be taken from the printed board number and revision marking on the actual component.
- Do not select a replacement PCB from appearance alone; confirm the model, serial range, board number and current spare-parts listing.
- After PCB replacement, copy all applicable switch settings and complete the required commissioning checks.
Support response: When asked whether the system supports a particular pipe length, confirm both the 70 m total-system limit and the 25 m limit for each individual indoor-unit branch.
