Error code 17.1 = Energy Apportionment Error
Is the controller running but the ECA not running?
Is the DTGYZ1 not running altogether? Responsive to any commands?
Or is the entire system including control and all connected IU and OU not running?
Can you supply serial for the controller?
When did the error occur?
The ECA logs data with a date and time – so changes to the date/time on the controller, could potentially create an error as it may create double data or gaps for certain time periods.
Has there been any changes to the configuration on the controller that may have sent it into a tailspin?
Note; from the example pics above, Certain indoors have a red error exclamation mark.
Are those units isolated?
Has a tenant turned off the breakers? Or has there been issues with power on site?
It looks like the units with an exclamation are in error.
Potentially a comms error (power removed) or other.
Check the units locally – can they be controlled? Are they in error on local controllers? Could be anything from comms to a drain pump error.
Conclusion; In this case, power was isolated to the indoor units which causes the ECA Fault.
