The sensor detection range shown in the manual is approximately 7 m, with approximately 100° horizontal coverage and 90° vertical coverage.
Demand Response
The system supports Air Conditioning Demand Response where enabled by the electricity supplier.
| DR Mode | Operation |
|---|---|
| DR Mode 1 | Compressor OFF |
| DR Mode 2 | Electrical energy consumption limited to no more than 50% of rated half-hour consumption |
| DR Mode 3 | Electrical energy consumption limited to no more than 75% of rated half-hour consumption |
The indoor OPERATION indicator blinks while Demand Response is active.
Operating Temperature and Humidity
- COOL / DRY indoor temperature: approximately 18-32°C
- Indoor humidity: below approximately 80% RH
Filter Cleaning
Clean the air filters approximately once every 2 weeks under normal use.
- Open the intake grille.

| Ion deodorization filter | UTR-FA16-2 | Clean approximately every 3 months; replace approximately every 3 years. |
Normal Operating Characteristics
The following conditions may be normal and do not necessarily indicate a fault:
- Compressor operation delayed for approximately 3 minutes after a sudden power OFF/ON.
- Refrigerant-flow noise for 2-3 minutes after startup.
- Light squeaking caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the front panel.
- Mist during COOL or DRY operation.
- Very low or stopped indoor airflow during DRY mode or monitoring operation.
- Reduced airflow when QUIET fan mode is selected.
Troubleshooting
