Human sensor: Approximate detection range is 7 m, 90° vertically and 100° horizontally.
  1. Secure the wall-hook bracket level using at least five suitable screws.
  2. Cut a 65 mm wall hole with the outside edge 5–10 mm lower.
  3. Fit a wall pipe and wall cap.
  4. Keep the drain hose below the refrigerant pipes.
  5. Engage the upper hooks, then press the lower section onto both lower hooks.

9.52 mm32–42 N·m

5. Pressure test and vacuum

Dry nitrogen only. Pressure test to 4.15 MPa.
  1. Confirm service valves are closed and power is isolated.
  2. Pressure test both liquid and gas lines with dry nitrogen.
  3. Leak-test all flare connections and confirm pressure is stable.
  4. Evacuate to -0.1 MPa or 65 Pa / 500 microns.
  5. Continue vacuum operation for at least 15 minutes.
  6. Stand for 1–2 minutes and confirm the gauge does not rise.
  7. Fully open both service valves and tighten all caps.

6. Wiring

Match terminals 1, 2 and 3 between indoor and outdoor units and connect protective earth.
ScrewTorque
M3.50.8–1.0 N·m
M41.2–1.8 N·m
M52.0–3.0 N·m

7. Test run

Hold MANUAL AUTO for more than 10 seconds. The OPERATION and TIMER lamps flash together. Select HEAT for a heating test.
  • Check remote operation and indicator lamps.
  • Check louvre movement.
  • Confirm drainage.
  • Confirm no abnormal noise or vibration.
  • Leak-test all refrigerant connections.
