myanywAiR® Automatic and Manual Wireless Configuration

LED sequence, WPS setup, manual setup and troubleshooting guidance
Overview: During setup of the myanywAiR® Wi-Fi device, the LED indicator provides real-time feedback on the connection process. A successful setup normally progresses through a defined sequence before the LED turns off.

1. Successful Connection Sequence

Successful outcome: The setup is complete when the LED finishes the sequence below and then turns off.
LED displayStatusMeaning

2. Automatic Wireless Configuration — WPS

  1. Confirm the router supports WPS and that the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network is enabled.
  2. Place the router and Wi-Fi adaptor within reliable signal range.
  3. Start WPS setup on the myanywAiR® device. The LED should blink blue.
  4. Press the WPS button on the router within 2 minutes.
  5. Wait for the adaptor to complete the remaining LED sequence.
  6. Confirm the LED turns off and verify the device is shown as online in the myanywAiR App.
WPS failure: A blinking magenta LED indicates the WPS attempt was unsuccessful. Repeat the procedure or use manual configuration.

3. Manual Wireless Configuration

  1. Download and open the official myanywAiR App.
  2. Confirm the mobile device has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Location Services enabled where required by the app.
  3. Connect the mobile device to the customer’s 2.4 GHz home Wi-Fi network.
  4. Select Add Device or the applicable setup option in the app.
  5. Enter the Wi-Fi network name and password exactly as configured on the router. Passwords are case-sensitive.
  6. Follow the app prompts and monitor the adaptor LED through the setup sequence.
