4. Troubleshooting Workflow

Observed LEDLikely causeRecommended action
All LEDs offNo power, or unit is OFF during normal operationConfirm the adaptor supply and connector. Turn the air conditioner ON to distinguish normal LED-off operation from loss of power.
RedGreenIncorrect SSID, password or router authentication failureConfirm the 2.4 GHz network name and password, then repeat configuration.

Before resetting: Confirm whether the displayed LED is part of the normal setup sequence. Resetting during green, red or yellow setup stages may interrupt configuration.

5. Technician Checks Before Escalation

  1. Confirm adaptor model and indoor unit model.
  2. Record the exact LED colour, whether it is steady, blinking, alternating or blinking three times.
  3. Confirm the router is broadcasting a 2.4 GHz network.
  4. Confirm the SSID and password have been entered correctly.
  5. Check Wi-Fi signal strength at the indoor unit location.
  6. Confirm the mobile device has internet access and the current myanywAiR app is installed.
  7. Record screenshots, LED video and any app error message before resetting.
