FGLair Wi-Fi Error Codes
App communication, registration, account and control troubleshooting
For Fujitsu General air conditioners connected through the FGLair app
Most FGLair codes indicate that an app command, data request or registration step was not completed. The air conditioner itself may still be operating normally. Start by confirming Internet access, router operation, air-conditioner power and the indoor-unit LED status.
Important: An FGLair error code is not automatically an air-conditioner refrigeration or component fault. Where the indoor-unit lamps also indicate an error, diagnose the air-conditioner fault separately using the applicable service manual.
1. Standard troubleshooting sequence
| 1 | Confirm the phone or tablet has Internet access. Open a webpage or another Internet-based app. Move close to the router during testing. |
| 2 | Check the wireless router. Confirm power, Internet service and settings such as MAC filtering, firewall rules and Wi-Fi channel. Restart the router if required. |
| 3 | Check air-conditioner power. Restore power, then wait at least 2 to 3 minutes before retrying the command. |
| 4 | Check the indoor-unit indicators. If the air conditioner is displaying a fault through its LEDs or controller, diagnose that fault first. |
| 5 | Retry the operation. Close and reopen the FGLair app if the error remains. For registration faults, confirm AP mode and passwords. |
Fast interpretation:
0100-2400 usually means a command or information request failed.
2930-3010 usually means registration or setup failed.
3110-5020 usually means group, account, service-contact, time-zone or notification data could not be changed or read.
5320-5430 means air-conditioner information could not be read.

3. Registration and network setup errors
| Code | Meaning | Primary action |
|---|---|---|
| 2710 | A new FGLair account could not be created. | Confirm Internet and router operation, then retry. |
| 2930 | The air conditioner could not be found to begin registration. | Confirm air-conditioner power and AP mode, then select the unit again. |
| 2931 | The app could not connect to the selected air conditioner. | Confirm AP mode and enter the correct air-conditioner connection password. |
| 2932 | The selected router could not be connected. | Confirm router operation and re-enter the correct Wi-Fi password. |
| 2933-2935 | The unit reached the network, but app registration processing failed. | Follow the message displayed in the app and retry registration. |
| 2936 | Status synchronisation may not have completed. | The app may still operate the unit; restart the app as recommended. |
| 2937 | The air conditioner could not be found to start registration. | Restore air-conditioner power, wait 2 to 3 minutes and confirm AP mode. |
| 2938 | A different router was selected. | Select the same router to which the mobile device is connected. |
| 3010 | The model name could not be registered. | Confirm Internet and router operation, then repeat registration. |
Registration best practice: Keep the mobile device close to both the air conditioner and router. Disable mobile-data switching or VPN temporarily if the phone keeps leaving the adaptor's temporary AP network during setup.
4. Group, account and configuration errors
| Code | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 3110 | Could not move to the selected air-conditioner group. |
| 3111 | The selected air-conditioner group could not be created. |

| 5430 | Air-conditioner information could not be read because the unit may be unpowered or in an error state. Restore power, wait 2 to 3 minutes and check the indoor-unit LEDs. |
6. Information to collect before escalation
| Required information | Collected |
|---|---|
| Exact FGLair error code and screenshot | ☐ |
| Indoor-unit and outdoor-unit model numbers | ☐ |
| Wi-Fi adaptor model | ☐ |
| Phone operating system and FGLair app version | ☐ |
| Router make, model and Internet service status | ☐ |
| Whether the issue occurs on Wi-Fi, mobile data or both | ☐ |
| Indoor-unit LED status or controller fault code | ☐ |
| Troubleshooting already completed | ☐ |
Operational rule: If the app error clears after network or power restoration, no air-conditioner component replacement is required. Escalate only when the error remains after the standard checks or when the air conditioner is also displaying a separate fault.
Based on the Fujitsu General FGLair Error Q&A list. This guide summarises the error descriptions and recommended confirmation steps. App screens, services and supported features may vary by model and app version.
