4. Building a right-sized maintenance program

- Select the maintenance model
- Choose time-based, condition-based or hybrid maintenance.
- Match the scope to risk, particularly for critical spaces such as healthcare, process areas and data rooms.
- Set the routine scope
- Filters, coils, drains, belts and bearings.
