UTY-RVNYN Test Mode Procedure
Heating and cooling test run procedure
For the UTY-RVNYN wired remote controller
Purpose: Use Test Run mode to force the connected system into a test operation for commissioning or service checks.
Before starting: If the air conditioner is operating, turn it off before entering Test Run mode.
Important information
| 1 | Test Run automatically stops after 60 minutes. |
| 2 | Pressing the On/Off button during Test Run cancels the test operation. |
| 3 | After completing Test Run, allow sufficient time before starting normal operation. |
Test Run procedure

Open the SubmenuFrom the Monitor screen, press the Menu button twice. The display changes to the Submenu screen.
Pressing the Menu button again while the Submenu screen is displayed returns the controller to the Monitor screen.

Enter the Service screenPress the left Screen switch button and right Screen switch button simultaneously for 5 seconds.
The controller changes to the Service screen.

Select Test RunUse the Cursor Up/Down buttons to highlight Test run, then press Enter.

Confirm the testWhen the confirmation screen displays “The test run will be performed. OK?”, use the Cursor Left/Right buttons to select Yes.
Press Enter to begin Test Run.
Test Run active: The Monitor screen displays Test run in the set-temperature area. The selected operating mode, such as cooling or heating, will also be shown on the controller.
Finish or cancel Test Run

| Leave Test Run operating | The controller automatically cancels Test Run after 60 minutes. |
| Press On/Off during Test Run | Test Run is cancelled. |
Service note: Test Run is intended for commissioning and diagnostic checks. After the test has finished, wait until the system is ready before commanding another operation.
