Electrical wiring and connector reference

Electrical safety: This reference includes 3-phase 400 V power circuits and inverter components. Isolate the outdoor unit, verify the supply is dead and allow the inverter DC bus to discharge before accessing electrical components.
Use this article as a quick wiring and connector reference. The original wiring diagram remains the controlling document when tracing individual conductors or terminal positions.

6. Technician wiring-trace procedure

  1. Confirm the exact outdoor model matches the models listed in this article.
  2. Isolate the unit and verify the incoming supply is dead before removing electrical covers.
  3. Identify the component and its connector number from the tables above.
  4. Trace the harness using connector number, wire colour and terminal position together. Do not identify a circuit from wire colour alone.
  5. Check connectors for poor seating, corrosion, heat damage, damaged locking tabs, loose terminals or harness damage.
  6. Where a sensor or actuator is being electrically tested, use the applicable service procedure for the required resistance or voltage specification. Those test values are not provided on this wiring diagram.
  7. After repairs, refit all covers and confirm normal operation.
Important: This wiring diagram identifies circuit routing and connector locations. It does not provide component resistance values, operating voltages, fault thresholds or live-test procedures. Use the relevant service manual test procedure before condemning a PCB, sensor, motor, valve or compressor.
