Wireless Remote – Change from °F to °C
Changing the temperature display from Fahrenheit to Celsius
For compatible GENERAL / AIRSTAGE wireless remote controllers
If a wireless remote controller is displaying temperature in °F, use the procedure below to change the display to °C.
Procedure
| Step | Action |
|---|---|
| 1 | Turn the remote controller OFF if it is currently operating. Press the START/STOP button to switch it off. |
| 2 | Press and hold the Temperature Up button for approximately 5 seconds, then release it. An °F indication should appear on the display. |
| 3 | Press the Temperature Up button once. The display should change from °F to °C. |
| 4 | Press the START/STOP button to turn the remote controller back on. |
| 5 | Confirm the set temperature is now displayed in °C rather than °F. |
Quick sequence:
Remote OFF → Hold Temperature Up for 5 seconds → Release → Press Temperature Up once → Turn remote ON.
Remote OFF → Hold Temperature Up for 5 seconds → Release → Press Temperature Up once → Turn remote ON.
