To obtain the PIN of the WiFi module, there are three possible ways
1. Locate the sticker on the unit which the installer should of stuck on the indoor unit. Generally this is stuck underneath the front cover of the indoor unit.
The PIN is shown below, in this instance it isZ1oAcuA6
2. If the sticker has been discarded by the installer, they need to return to obtain the PIN number from the WiFi adaptor
3. If none of these are possible, contact Fujitsu Assist at technical.support@fujitsugeneral.com.au with the SSID of the WiFi adaptor. The SSID can be found by standing within range of the indoor unit, going into your phones WiFi settings and scanning the networks. One of the networks displayed will be the SSID of the air conditioner. Once this is provided to Fujitsu General, we can obtain your PIN number within a few working days.
