To obtain the SSID of the WiFi module, there are three possible ways
1. Locate the sticker on the unit which the installer should of stuck on the indoor unit. Generally this is stuck underneath the front cover of the indoor unit.
The SSID is shown below, in this instance it is AC-UTY-B072BFBE7E0A
2. You can find the SSID on you mobile device by going to the WiFi settings of your phone. Below is an example on an iPhone
3. Have the installer remove the WiFi adaptor from the indoor unit provided you are within range of the Wifi module (2m). The SSID is recorded on the side of the WiFi Adaptor
Option 2 is the easiest to obtain the data.
