Check Point 1: Circuit Connection
Verify terminal wiring between TR PCB ASSY and Compressor:
U (Red), V (White), W (Black) terminals.
Ensure each wire is firmly connected and the terminal cover is secure.
Check Point 2: Operation Check
Perform functional verification under normal compressor operation:
Pressure
Pressure decreases when the refrigerant charge is low.
Pressure does not decrease if the piping is blocked.
Discharge Temperature
Temperature increases when the refrigerant is low.
Operating Current
Current increases under low refrigerant charge.
Current rises sharply if the compressor is locked (mechanical fault).
Check Point 3: Winding Resistance
Measure resistance between all terminal pairs (U–V, V–W, W–U).

⚠ Replace compressor if resistance is 0 Ω (short) or ∞ Ω (open circuit).
Check Point 4: Cooling Test Operation
Verify compressor speed during test mode:
1 cycle = 3 Hz, 6-pole permanent magnet motor.
Speed pattern during test:
Hold 1: 50 rps for ~230 seconds
Hold 2: 70 rps for ~550 seconds
Gradual increase beyond hold periods as load stabilizes.
Use a clamp meter on the U (Red) phase output from the TR PCB ASSY to verify speed and current stability.
