Symptom
If the VRF Network ID of the TPC is set to 2, 3 or 4, the night / weekend setting associated with the power-distribution contract may not be applied correctly to the TPC.
Customer impact: If the night / weekend setting is not reflected correctly, all power consumption may be handled as Daytime Charge.
Cause
The bulletin identifies an error in the ECA setting data when the VRF Network ID is configured as 2 to 4.
