FGLair App - Known Issues and Corrective Versions

Service note: Before carrying out further fault finding, confirm the FGLair app and Wi-Fi adapter are updated to a version that includes the applicable correction.

Recommended Troubleshooting

  1. Confirm whether the issue matches one of the known conditions above.
  2. Check the installed FGLair app version.
  3. Where applicable, check the Wi-Fi adapter firmware version.
  4. Update the app or adapter to the corrected version or later.
  5. Restart the application if it is frozen or stuck on an updating screen.
  6. Repeat pairing after confirming the smartphone/tablet is connected to the intended Wi-Fi router.
  7. If the issue remains after updating, continue with normal Wi-Fi and network troubleshooting.
