This configuration guide outlines the DIP switch positions and refrigerant circle addressing for J-III series single-phase outdoor units.

Models Covered

  • AJY040LBAH

  • AJY045LBAH

  • AJY054LBAH

DIP Switch Configuration

Each model features five DIP switch sets (Set-1 to Set-5), corresponding to unit installation and control parameters.

  • Set-1 to Set-5:
These DIP switches define operational parameters such as system addressing, communication assignment, and refrigerant circuit control.
(Refer to the service manual for DIP function definitions by set.)

  • Switch Orientation:

    • White = ON (Up position)

    • Black = OFF (Down position)

Refrigerant Circle Address

Each outdoor unit model includes a dedicated refrigerant circuit address dial (0–9).
The address must match the system configuration to ensure proper communication between outdoor and indoor units.

Usage Notes

  • Always power off the unit before adjusting DIP settings.

  • Verify switch settings against system design documents prior to commissioning.

  • Incorrect DIP configuration can cause communication errors or inhibit system startup.
