Important Information for iOS 11 Users
Thank you for using the FGLair application.
Customers operating FGLair on iOS 11 may experience issues completing router registration when using Manual Mode.
If a problem occurs during setup, please follow the instructions below.
Common Issues
Case 1 – SSID Not Visible
The Wi-Fi adapter SSID (e.g. FUJITSU-G-0000) does not appear on the Wi-Fi settings screen after router registration is completed.
Case 2 – Connection Error
An error message appears when selecting your SSID after registration:
“Could not connect to WiFi, check your password and try again.”
How to Complete Registration
If this issue occurs, please complete the setup using Button Mode instead of Manual Mode.
Restart the FGLair app.
Tap the “+” icon to add your air conditioner.
Select [Button Mode].
Follow the on-screen instructions and tap [Register].
Registration is complete once your air conditioner appears in the app.
If the Issue Persists – Reinitialization (Reset)
If registration still fails:
Press and hold the Setting button on the Wi-Fi adapter for 10 seconds or longer.
All LED indicators will flash three times (on/off at 0.5-second intervals).
LED 1 will then flash (on/off = 2s/0.5s).
After 60 seconds, the LEDs will return to their normal status pattern:
LED 1: ON
LED 2: ON/OFF (2s/2s)
Once complete, reattempt registration using Button Mode as described above.
