Optional Parts Compatibility Guide
Controllers, communication accessories and installation options for selected 2018 Fujitsu models
Use the indoor unit model number as the primary reference when identifying a compatible optional part.
This guide summarises the optional-parts matrix issued in 2018. It covers compatible remote controllers, Wi-Fi adapters, communication kits, external connection accessories, duct and grille options, drain accessories and zone-control interfaces.
Important: Compatibility does not confirm that an accessory is still available for sale. Confirm the complete indoor model suffix, current part availability and any superseded part number before ordering.
1. How to identify the correct optional part
| 1 | Record the full indoor model number. The suffix is important. For example, ASTG09LVCA, ASTG09LVCC and ASTG09KMCA may use different accessories. |
| 2 | Identify the accessory type required. Examples include a wired controller, simple controller, Wi-Fi adapter, external input/output PCB, communication kit or zone-control interface. |
| 3 | Check for an interface or communication kit. Some controllers and external devices cannot connect directly to the indoor unit. |
| 4 | Confirm availability. The source matrix is from 2018 and some listed accessories may have been superseded or discontinued. |
Search tip: Use your browser's Find function and enter the complete indoor model number. Do not rely only on the capacity number, such as “09”, “24” or “36”.
2. Common remote-controller options

A controller appearing in the compatibility list does not always connect directly. Check whether a communication kit, external-connect kit or PCB is also shown against the indoor model.

Zone control: The source list identifies UTY-CDPXZC and UTY-CDPXZD against a number of ARTG and ARTC ducted models. Confirm the controller generation and complete system model before selecting the interface.

6. Ordering checklist
- Full indoor model number, including the final suffix.
- Outdoor model number where applicable.
- Required function, not only the requested part number.
- Any existing controller, interface PCB or communication kit already installed.
- Confirmation of current replacement or superseded part number.
Do not substitute a similar-looking accessory. Connector type, communication protocol, supply voltage and firmware compatibility can differ between product generations.
