As problem of title, I have received the problem report from quality assurance department.
I would like to inform about problem report detail.

Problem contents ;
FGL received the report that the UTY-CDPXZC that a customer installed had been wired incorrectly at the factory. - Analysis result.
<Analysis by using sample unit>
The result of factory’s checker is NG D61 had damage, another parts don’t have damage.
D61 The cracking had occurred.
* If removing the D61 and connected the electric circuit, operation was doing correctly.
D61 is installed for guard from 12V's surge absorber protection. Therefore, operation is able even if D61 is removed.
<Confirmation of PCB circuit diagram and wiring diagram>
*If there is miss-wiring at wired terminal, the parts effected from this miss-wiring is CN5.
By the way, D61 which has damaged at this time is connected to CN6.
As the result, D61 don’t damage even if there is miss-wiring like this time.(Appendix 1, 2)
<Confirmation of FGT’s process>
*After connected all wiring, FGT checks the wiring condition and software contents to all parts by energization confirmation.
*After this testing, FGT do the marking (like below) after confirmed the condition of wiring insertion.
<Replication test >
They carried out the energization confirmation checking process by miss-wiring like FG AUST’s information.
As the result, checking software could find the miss-wiring like below.
Therefore, if miss-wiring is occurred at factory, FGT will be able to find in the energization confirmation checking process.
(This checking process is carrying out for all product.)
- Speculation of this problem’s cause.
As the result, FGL could not find the this problem cause.
So, if same problem will occur, FGL will do the analysis again.
