As problem of title, I have received the problem report from quality assurance department.

I would like to inform about problem report detail.

  • Problem detail
    Product ; AJYA90LALH(R302872)
    Problem contents ;
    When this outdoor unit was installed, installer found the Gas is nothing and leaked at V2 outdoor unit.
  • Analysis result
    < Production history of this product in factory>
    Repair history was nothing(Appendix 1)

    <Consideration from information>
    As to process Inspection record at factory, heat run could do correctly, any error was nothing.(Appendix 2)

    FGL guess this damage is from outside of heat exchanger by any sharp object.
    but, as to manufactured process, any tool which has sharp end don’t use after heat run process.
    Therefore, the possibility that this damage was given at factory is very low.
  • Speculation of this result’s cause
    FGL could not identify of this problem cause.
    If same problem will occur, FGL will investigate again with the information of installation situation.
