As problem of title, I have received the problem report from quality assurance department.
I would like to inform about problem report detail.

Problem contents ;
Error A1 was occurred. And technician found the trace of leak oil at heat exchanger.
FG AUST carried out the pressurization test by 3.5 MPa. Then, leak checker has found leak at below 3 place.

< Investigation by factory’s testing process>
Charge Helium gas by 1.2 MPa. Then, Inspect by leak detector.
⇒Leak could find by factory testing process.
- <Sink test by using sample unit>
FGL carried out the sink test after charge helium gas of 1.2MPa.
As the result, they found 5 leaks at straight piping section of hairpin.

At exterior of hairpin of leak place, FGL found the black discoloration of hairpin.

- Speculation of this result’s cause.
FGL guess that metal corrosion had proceeded from external by effect from usage environment(installation place).
Then, metal corrosion became the cause of leak.
however, at this site, there is not special point at usage environment(installation place).
Therefore, They could not specify this problem’s cause.
So, if similar problem will occur, please let us know(with usage environment(installation place)’s information).
