As problem of title, I have received the problem report from quality assurance department.
I would like to inform about problem report detail.

Product : All R32 model
Number of problem ; more than 100 cases.
Problem contents :
From shortage of piping insertion by installer, flareless joint was came out due to piping pressure at heating operation.
it is installer mistake, but, number of problem is large. So, any measure is necessary. - Speculation of this result’s cause.

*1 About effect of pressure test
) Test condition
Unit ; ASTG24KMCA
Piping diameter ; 6.35mm/12.70mm
Piping length ; 5 m
Temperature ; Normal temperature(approximately 20 to 25 degree)
) Flareless connection condition
Length of insertion is same as our rule. Torque strength is small.
) Piping fixing method
Test was carried out by below 3 conditions
1. Free(piping was not fixed)
2. Piping was fixed tightly.
3. Piping was pushed up from bottom.
) Result
At all condition, Piping was come out when pressure is between 1 to 2 MPa.
There was not risk of injury when piping was come out.
As the result, if pressure test will carry out, installer will be able to find the connection mistake.
*2 About packaging test of notice letter
FGL was carried out the packaging test. As the result, No problem. (Appendix 4) - Measure to product
Already installed product; measures by each location if problem is occur.
