As problem of title, I have received the problem report from quality assurance department.
I would like to inform about problem report detail.

Product : AOTG36LATL
Problem contents :
The spare parts of ACTPM(9707592016) had been used for product which has error 11, but, error is not disappear.
ACTPM itself had sent back to FG AUST. Then, they found the resistance issue as returned ACTPM.

*The result is same as value which was measured at FG AUST
*but, rule of residual impedance data is nothing.(*1)
*FGE who manufactured this parts checked the ACTPM, then, problem was nothing at ACTPM itself.
2)Check the operation at connect to outdoor unit(AOTG36LATL)
* Outdoor unit operated correctly, as to cooling operation, they check the situation that current value become max.
but, no problem.
3)About Error 11 which was occurred at site
*They guess that the relationship between ACTPM itself is noting.
maybe, the transmission error between main PCB and invertor PCB.(POSISTOR may become on.)
- Speculation of this result’s cause.
They could not find the cause of this problem.
They will watch continues, then, if similar problem was occurred, FGL will do the analysis of problem again.
