As problem of title, I have received the problem report from quality assurance department.

I would like to inform about problem report detail.

  • Problem detail
    Product : ARXA24GALH(R000148)
    Problem contents :
    When commissioning had been carried out, technician found that there is EEV valve which could not open 150 plus or more.
    After changeover the PCB, problem solved.
  • Analysis result
    )1 Carried out the analysis by using service tool’s data.
    1. Operation has been carried out at thermostat off, even if any operating mode(including test operation) are selected.
    2. Operation of thermostat off itself is no problem.
    3. FGL guess that forced thermostat off had been carried out, because, thermostat off had been carried out when test operation was selected.
    (when there is the short at CNA03 or CNA04(external output of forced thermostat off).)

    )2 Carried out the analysis by using actual sample unit(PCB).

    1. There was the sign of repair.
    2. The position which was repair is relevant to CNA03 and CNA04.

    )3 Confirmed the work process at FGCA.
    If defective PCB was found, the staff will do the repair and return it to factory line.
    however, they could not the distinction that this PCB was repair one or not, because, any marking of repair PCB is nothing.
  • Speculation of this result’s cause.
    FGL are guess that PCB repair work was inadequate.
    Therefore, when operation was started, problem was incurred by parts contact became bad due to circumference temperature of PCB.
  • Measure
    Training the repair work to factory worker who will do the repair work (添付資料①)
    Reform of the repair work process(添付資料②)
    Add the mark” ○” on the PCB when repair work will carry out.
  • Measure to product
    Already installed product; ; measures by each location if problem is occur.
    Stock product; no measures.
    Manufacture product ; already measured
