As problem of title, I have received the problem report from quality assurance department.

I would like to inform about problem report detail.

    When commission was carried out, the 3-way valve was too tight.

    <Survey contents>
    1. Tightening of 3-way valve have been carried out after heat run testing.
    As to standard book of heat run testing, the tightening torque of liquid valve is written by 10N・m.(Appendix 1)
    2. Worker use torque wrench when 3-way valve is fastened.
    3. There was no problem in the factory manufacture process record.(Appendix 2)

  • Opinion of FGL.
    As the result that FGL carried out the factual investigation of factory, FGL could not find the this problem.
    however, FGL guess there are any adhere at joining surface.
    there is the possibility adhere had been occurred by unevenness of surface.
    but, it is just guess. So, we would like to watching continually.
    Then, if it is necessary, we will correct the sample unit, and analysis again.
