FGLair Frequently Asked Questions
Supported models, app limits, setup requirements and Wi-Fi reset guidance
FGLair allows compatible Fujitsu air conditioners to be operated and monitored remotely using a smartphone or tablet. A compatible indoor unit, 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi router, internet connection and registered FGLair account are required.
1. General information
What is FGLair?
FGLair is the official app that allows users to operate a compatible Fujitsu air conditioner and check its operating status remotely using a smartphone or tablet.

Supported models
Built-in wireless LAN models: ASTG18KMCB, ASTG22KMCB and ASTG24KMCB.
Network requirements
- A wireless router supporting IEEE 802.11 b/g/n on the 2.4 GHz band.
- A continuous internet connection for remote operation.
2. Functions and specifications
App capabilities
- Operate the air conditioner remotely.
- Check operational status, including on/off state, mode and set temperature.
Available functions vary by model and firmware version.
Device and account limits
- One registered FGLair account per indoor unit.
- Up to 24 indoor units can be registered to one account.
- Multiple mobile devices may use the same login credentials.
- One mobile device can access different accounts by signing out and signing back in.
Priority of control
The most recent command takes priority, whether it is sent from the physical remote controller or the FGLair app.
3. Installing and using FGLair
Installing the app
- Android: Search for “FGLair” in Google Play.
- iOS: Search for “FGLair” in the App Store.
What you need
- An FGLair-compatible air conditioner.
- A 2.4 GHz wireless router.
- A smartphone or tablet with internet access.
- A registered FGLair account.
Setup process

| 2 | Complete wireless LAN setup to pair the air conditioner with the router. |
| 3 | Link the air conditioner to the app. |

4. Reconnecting or resetting Wi-Fi
Changing to a new router
- Press and hold the wireless setting button for 10 seconds to reset the wireless adapter.
- Pair the air conditioner with the replacement router using the wireless LAN setup procedure.
Transferring or disposing of the unit
Before transferring ownership or disposing of the air conditioner, remove the unit from the existing account and initialise the wireless adapter.
- Unregister the unit: In the app, go to Menu > Settings > Unregister.
- Initialise the adapter: Press and hold the wireless setting button for 10 seconds.
- LED 1 (green) and LED 2 (orange) will flash three times to confirm the reset.
Replacing a mobile device
- Install FGLair on the new device.
- Sign in using the same account credentials.
Changing the registered email address
- Create a new FGLair account using the new email address.
- Register the air conditioner to the new account.
