When to use the process cooling warranty card

What is process cooling?
Process cooling refers to applications where the air conditioning system is primarily used to maintain conditions for equipment, products, storage, production processes or other non-human-comfort requirements.
Typical applications

Important: The determining factor is the primary purpose of the installation. If the system is being used mainly to protect equipment, product, storage conditions or a process, rather than to provide comfort cooling or heating for occupants, the process cooling warranty card applies.
Warranty period
1 Year Warranty
Applies to equipment used primarily for process, IT, mission-critical or similar non-human-comfort cooling applications.
Mixed-use installations
If an installation serves both human-comfort and process-cooling requirements, use the more restrictive warranty category unless written approval confirms otherwise.
