For VRF systems installed in eligible commercial applications
Summary: Use this warranty card when a VRF system is installed in a commercial application. It defines the applicable warranty category for VRF projects in offices, retail, hospitality, education, healthcare (non-critical), and similar commercial environments.
Do not use this warranty category for residential VRF installations or applications primarily used for process, IT, equipment or mission-critical cooling. Select the warranty category that matches the actual application.
Applies to
- VRF systems installed in commercial sites that are non-residential and not primarily used for process or critical cooling.
- New installations and replacement systems commissioned in accordance with manufacturer requirements.
- Eligible systems covered under the 3 Year Parts & Labour commercial VRF warranty category.

Application determines the warranty. If a VRF system is installed in a residential application, use the residential VRF warranty category. If it is primarily serving process, IT, equipment or mission-critical cooling, refer to the Process Cooling warranty requirements.
Warranty documentation
Retain the documentation required to support warranty eligibility and any future claim. This should include, where applicable:
- Proof of purchase / tax invoice identifying the equipment supplied.
- Model and serial numbers for the applicable indoor and outdoor equipment.
- Installation and commissioning details, including the site address and commissioning date.
- Installer or dealer details and licence information where required.
- The applicable VRF Commercial warranty card retained with the site records.
